Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hottub, Inc. ("we") for using FlyerFlip. By using the app or site you agree to them.

Points

• Points are a reward for sharing flyers. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and can only be used for perks listed in FlyerFlip.
• Points are earned only for genuine scans by other people. We may withhold or remove points earned through self-scans, bots, scripts, paid traffic, or other abuse, and close accounts that do it.
• Perks are offered, provided and honored only by the businesses that list them. FlyerFlip doesn't fund, fulfill or guarantee perks, and never exchanges points for cash, gift cards or anything else. Perks can sell out or end.

Businesses

• You decide which perks to offer, what they cost in points and how many there are, and you provide them yourself. You're responsible for your flyers, offers and perks, and for honoring them. Flyers must be truthful and legal and must follow our community rules.
• Credit is prepaid and used per verified scan at the price you set. Credit doesn't expire while your account is open and isn't refundable except where the law requires.
• Bonus credit (bulk bonuses on larger packs and the one-time first-order bonus) is promotional: it has no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or refunded, and is removed if the purchase it came with is refunded or reversed. It sits in the same balance as paid credit and is spent on verified scans the same way.
• We decide what counts as a verified scan and may adjust charges for scans we later find invalid.

Your content and the license you give us

• You keep ownership of what you post: flyers, photos, text, logos, offers, perk descriptions and business information ("your content").
• When you post content to FlyerFlip, you grant Hottub, Inc., which owns and operates FlyerFlip, and its successors and affiliates, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute and redistribute, transmit, and adapt (for example resize, crop, reformat or translate) your content, in any media now known or later developed, to operate, provide, promote and improve FlyerFlip.
• That license covers how FlyerFlip works: your flyers and business information appear on the Board, in the apps, on flyerflip.com and its flyer pages, in link previews, and in FlyerFlip promotion; and other users may share and redistribute them through FlyerFlip's links, QR codes, tear-off tabs and Show mode. The sublicense lets those users, and the service providers we rely on, do what's needed for that.
• The license lasts while your content is on FlyerFlip, and for a reasonable time after you remove it so caches and backups can clear. It continues, and can't be revoked, for copies already shared or redistributed before removal and for anything we must keep by law.
• You confirm that you own your content or have every right needed to grant this license, including rights in photos, logos, trademarks and the name or likeness of anyone shown, and that your content and our use of it under these terms won't infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Community rules

No hate, harassment, sexual content, weapons, drugs, scams, misleading offers, or anything illegal. We may remove flyers and accounts that break these rules. Report anything that looks wrong from the flyer's menu.

The usual

FlyerFlip is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
